A qualified pest Control Operator should only apply chemicals and pesticides. Ensure that the Pest Control Operator IS WEARING the correct safety clothing, face masks, overall, gloves, safety boots etc. Always store chemicals in their original containers, do not fill an old container with another product. Ensure that all containers have a label on them.
Dispose of empty containers properly and ensure they have been washed out three times and have puncture holes so that no one else can use them. Discarded containers should be taken to an approved sanitary landfill. If you have chemicals that have expired then you need to get hold of a company such as Hazchem who are a registered chemical waste disposal company and they can assist you.
No chemical product what so ever can be returned after it has been delivered and signed for, or if it has been collected and removed from the Grasses and Greens Supplies CC premises. No fertilizer or wetting agent that’s seal has been broken can be returned or replaced. Accessories and small tools can be returned within 7 days of date of invoice for an exchange. If customer wants a credit there will be a 20% handling fee. No special imports, buy outs or products manufactured specifically for a client can be returned or exchanged.
